As the name suggests, Small Table Games is a small, family-run company. Its founder, Art Lofgreen, a graphic designer has spent most of his career designing logos and brands for businesses and organizations, including, major cities, art museums, and airports. His designs have been featured in international design books and publications.

In recent years, Art has combined his love for design and playing games with his family, into creating his own games beginning with Cargo World, a board game released in 2011. His most recent creations are PARTS™ and Monster Parts™. Easy to learn and fun to play, they are theme-based, rummy-type games with a fun twist!
